Create Services and Pricing

Who this is for

Independent professionals who use the provider or profi role to publish services.

Before you start

  • Sign in with the provider or profi role.
  • Open the profi services home page before you begin.
  • Have the service type, description, pricing, Q&A answers, and terms ready.
  • Expect the wizard to change slightly based on the service type you choose.

Steps

  1. Open the services home page in your provider or profi account.
  2. Tap Add service.
  3. Choose the service type and complete the basic service details.
  4. Fill in the follow-up steps shown for that service type, such as location, contact, staff, or schedule details.
  5. Set the service price.
  6. Add any Q&A items the service needs.
  7. Review and accept the terms step when it appears.
  8. Finish the wizard or update the service if you are editing an existing one.

What happens next

  • The service is saved to your profi services list.
  • You can return to the services home page to review or edit it later.
  • Different service types show different step sets, so you may not see every screen on every service.

If this doesn't work

  • Check that the service type is selected before moving forward.
  • Fill in any required field you may have skipped.
  • If the app stops on a validation message, complete that step and try again.
  • If the wizard keeps returning to the same page, reopen Add service and try once more.

Contact support when

  • the wizard will not move past a step after the required fields are complete
  • the service does not appear in your services list after finishing
  • you cannot switch into the provider or profi role
  • the app shows a missing field error that you cannot clear
