Have access to the email address or phone number you want to use
If you have a referral code, keep it ready

Steps

Choose Explore if you want to browse first.
Choose Sign Up if you want to create a new account.
Choose I got a code if someone invited you with a referral code.
Choose Log in if you already have an account.
Use the page links below for the step you need next.

What happens next

If you chose Order service, go to Private Clients
If you chose Provide service, go to Independent Professionals
If you chose Manage profiles / service companies, go to Service Companies
If you need the exact onboarding step, use Choose Your Role, Create or Log In, Use an Invite or Referral Code, Verify Your Account, or Complete Your Profile

If this doesn't work

If you do not see the expected button, go back to Get Started
If you are stuck on verification, check that your email or phone number is correct
If a referral code is not accepted, confirm that it was shared for this app

Contact support when

You cannot sign in after a correct OTP
A referral code does not open the invited flow
Verification keeps failing even after you retry
You cannot finish onboarding because a required step is missing
