Before you start
- Know whether you are trying to log in, sign up, verify, or follow an invite
- Have access to the email address or phone number on the account
- Keep a referral code handy if you were invited

Steps
- Start with Account and Login if the issue is about access, OTP, or referral entry.
- Open Trust & Safety if you need verification status or identity checks.
- Use the troubleshooting section when the app shows an error, a pending state, or a blocked action.
What happens next
- Account and login questions usually end at OTP, referral validation, or role selection
- Trust & Safety questions usually end at KYC, email, or phone verification
- Shared payment questions usually route into the role-specific payments tab in Settings
Contact support when
- You cannot get through sign-in or verification after retrying
- A referral code is valid but the invited flow does not open
- A status screen does not update after the app says the step is complete
