Use this section for questions that apply to every Profibook user, no matter which role they have.

Who this is for

  • Users who need help signing in or creating an account
  • Users who need to check verification status
  • Users who were invited or used a referral code
  • Users who want the shared settings and payments paths

Before you start

  • Know whether you are trying to log in, sign up, verify, or follow an invite
  • Have access to the email address or phone number on the account
  • Keep a referral code handy if you were invited

Steps

  1. Start with Account and Login if the issue is about access, OTP, or referral entry.
  2. Open Trust & Safety if you need verification status or identity checks.
  3. Use the troubleshooting section when the app shows an error, a pending state, or a blocked action.

What happens next

  • Account and login questions usually end at OTP, referral validation, or role selection
  • Trust & Safety questions usually end at KYC, email, or phone verification
  • Shared payment questions usually route into the role-specific payments tab in Settings

Contact support when

  • You cannot get through sign-in or verification after retrying
  • A referral code is valid but the invited flow does not open
  • A status screen does not update after the app says the step is complete
