Who this is for

  • Users who did not receive an OTP
  • Users whose verification is still pending or failed
  • Users who cannot add a payment method
  • Users whose invite or referral flow does not work

Before you start

  • Confirm the issue is not caused by the wrong account or role
  • Check whether the problem is about sign-in, verification, payments, or invites
  • Try the action again once before opening support

Steps

  1. Start with the page that matches the blocked action.
  2. Follow the steps on that page before trying a new path.
  3. Return to Shared Topics when the problem is broader than one action.

What happens next

  • OTP problems usually end at resend, retry, or account recovery
  • Verification problems usually end at KYC or a fresh status sync
  • Payment problems usually end at role checks and KYC completion
  • Invite problems usually end at code validation or the normal sign-up flow

Contact support when

  • The app keeps failing after you follow the relevant article
  • A valid code, card, or verification step still does not complete
  • The screen shows a state that does not match the action you just took
