Manage Orders

Who this is for

Independent professionals who handle service orders from the provider or profi area.

Before you start

  • Sign in with the provider or profi role.
  • Open the orders page for the correct account.
  • Be ready to use the order list filters to narrow the view.

Steps

  1. Open the provider orders page.
  2. Use the filter chips to switch between All, Pending, Today, Tomorrow, Completed, and Cancelled.
  3. Open an order card to view the detailed order screen.
  4. Review the current status, schedule, customer details, and any order-specific notes or change proposals shown on the page.
  5. Refresh the page if you need to load the latest order list again.

What happens next

  • The list updates to the filter you selected.
  • The detailed order view shows the current status for the order you opened.
  • Some status-specific blocks may appear only when the app and the order state support them.

If this doesn't work

  • Try a different filter and open the order again.
  • Pull down to refresh the list.
  • Reopen the page if the details do not match the latest status.
  • Check whether the order belongs to the active profi account.

Contact support when

  • orders do not load for any filter
  • the order detail page stays blank after refresh
  • status changes do not appear in the list or detail view
  • an order opens with missing data every time
