Account and Login
Use this page when you need to create an account, log in, or continue through the shared account flow.
Who this is for
- New users who want to sign up
- Returning users who want to log in
- Users who need email, phone, or OTP verification
- Users who were invited and need to enter a referral code
Before you start
- Use the email-first sign-in and sign-up flow
- Make sure you can receive verification codes on email or phone
- Have your referral code ready if you were invited
Steps
- Open the login or sign-up screen and enter your email first.
- If the app asks for a code, complete the OTP step on the verification screen.
- If you were invited, use
I got a codeand enter the referral code before continuing. - If the app sends you to verification, finish the email, phone, or KYC step it asks for.
- After sign-in, continue into the role-based app flow and open Settings if you need shared tabs.

What happens next
- A valid OTP returns you to the login or sign-up continuation
- A valid referral code opens the invited referral home flow
- After sign-in, Settings shows the tabs your role can access
Contact support when
- OTP codes never arrive after retrying
- The app says the account is not found even though you already use it
- A valid referral code is rejected or the invited flow does not open
- You cannot get from verification back into the app
