Book a Service ​

Who this is for ​

Private clients who want to book a service from the search results or service cards.

Before you start ​

  • Find a service first so you can open its booking flow.
  • Allow location access if the app asks for it.
  • Be ready to choose a date, time, address, and any extra details the service asks for.
  • Expect the booking steps to change depending on the service type.

Steps ​

  1. Open a service card from the search results.
  2. Review the booking wizard steps shown for that service type.
  3. Fill in the details the flow asks for, such as location, time, provider choice, price, Q&A answers, more information, and terms.
  4. Review the summary or confirmation step when you reach it.
  5. Submit the booking or request and wait for the confirmation screen.

What happens next ​

  • The app saves your booking request or confirmation.
  • Some service types use a shorter flow than others.
  • Quote or consultation services may ask for different details before you can finish.

If this doesn't work ​

  • Go back and fill in any required field that is still empty.
  • Check that your location and time selections are still valid.
  • Try the booking again from the service card if the flow stops halfway through.
  • Open a different service if the selected one is missing required setup.

Contact support when ​

  • confirmation never appears after you submit the booking
  • the app returns you to search without saving the request
  • a required step is missing or does not accept your input
  • the booking keeps failing after you have filled in every required field
