Manage Orders

Who this is for

Private clients who want to track their bookings, confirmations, and status changes.

Before you start

  • Sign in as the client account that placed the order.
  • Make sure the account has at least one order.
  • Open the orders page from the client home or menu.

Steps

  1. Open Orders from the client home page or the menu.
  2. Switch between Pending, Upcoming, Completed, and Cancelled.
  3. Open an order to view the full details page.
  4. Review the current status, schedule, provider information, and any order updates shown on the screen.
  5. Reopen the order if you need to check a later status change.

What happens next

  • The list updates to the filter you selected.
  • The detail page updates when the order status changes.
  • Completed orders can open a completion summary when the app shows it.

If this doesn't work

  • Pull down to refresh the list.
  • Reopen the order after a status change.
  • Try a different filter if the order is not in the one you selected.
  • Make sure you are signed in to the same account that placed the order.

Contact support when

  • orders never load
  • the detail view does not update after refresh
  • a completed order never shows its completion summary
  • the order list looks empty even though you know there are active orders
