Find Services ​

Who this is for ​

Private clients who want to search for services from the client home or menu.

Before you start ​

  • Sign in as a client if the app asks you to.
  • Allow location tracking so the search page can use your current position.
  • Have a service name, category, or keyword ready to search.

Steps ​

  1. Open Search from the client home page or the menu.
  2. Allow location access when the app asks for it.
  3. Type a service name or category in the search field.
  4. Review the results list and use the available filters or sort options to narrow the list.
  5. Use the sort or AI toggle if you want the app to change how the results are ranked.
  6. Open a service card to continue to booking.

What happens next ​

  • The app loads matching service cards based on your search and location.
  • Each card shows provider or company details that help you compare options.
  • When you select a service, the app starts the booking flow.

If this doesn't work ​

  • Turn on location services and try the search again.
  • Clear the search field and try a simpler term.
  • Reopen Search if the result list looks stale.
  • Try a different filter if the list is too broad.

Contact support when ​

  • location is enabled but no results load
  • the search page keeps asking for location after permission is granted
  • a service card opens but the booking flow does not start
  • search results keep showing the wrong area after refresh
