Add and Manage Staff

Who This Is For

Managers who need to invite staff, set access, and maintain team records for a service company.

Before You Start

  • You must be signed in as a manager
  • You need the staff member's email or WhatsApp number
  • Decide the hourly wage, optional services, and permissions before sending the invite

Steps

  1. Open the manager area and go to My staff.
  2. Select Add staff.
  3. Choose how to invite the staff member by email or WhatsApp.
  4. Enter the contact details and the hourly wage.
  5. Select the permissions and optional services the staff member should have.
  6. Review the invite details, then send the invitation.
  7. After the invite is sent, return to the staff list to monitor the invitation status.
  8. Open a staff profile when you need to adjust details, permissions, services, or performance access.
  9. Use Send invitation again if the invite was not received.
  10. Use Delete only when the staff member should no longer have access.

What Happens Next

  • The staff member receives a manager-issued invitation
  • The staff list shows the new record after the invite is created
  • In staff details, you can review settings, resend the invite, change permissions, update services, and view performance-related data

If This Doesn't Work

  • Check that the email address or WhatsApp number is correct
  • Make sure the hourly wage and required permissions are filled in
  • Try sending the invitation again from the staff details page
  • If the staff profile is incomplete or the invite will not send, refresh the staff list and try again

Contact Support When

  • The invite does not send after you verify the contact details
  • You need help restoring access after a deleted or blocked staff account
  • Permissions or service assignments do not match what you selected
