Manage Orders

Who This Is For

Managers who need to review company orders, filter the queue, and open order details for next steps.

Before You Start

  • You must be signed in as a manager
  • Make sure your company account has orders to review
  • Know that the main filters are All, Pending, Completed, and Cancelled

Steps

  1. Open the manager home area.
  2. Go to the Orders tab.
  3. Choose a filter at the top of the list:
    • All to see every order
    • Pending to focus on active work
    • Completed to review finished work
    • Cancelled to review cancelled work
  4. Open an order to view the full details.
  5. Review the order summary, customer details, schedule, and price.
  6. Use the available order actions in the details screen to handle the order.
  7. Return to the list and refresh it when you need the latest state.

What Happens Next

  • The list updates to match the selected filter
  • The order details screen shows the order data and the actions available for that order
  • Depending on the order, details may include chat, instructions, schedule, location, inventory, or completion-related actions

If This Doesn't Work

  • Refresh the order list if it looks out of date
  • Switch to a different filter and back again
  • Open the order details screen to check whether the action is available there instead of in the list
  • If the list stays empty, confirm that your company account actually has orders in that status

Contact Support When

  • Orders are missing even after a refresh
  • You cannot open an order that should be available
  • The order details screen does not show the expected actions for your role
