Join Your Company
Who This Is For
Staff members who received an invitation from a manager and need to join a company account.
Before You Start
- You need a manager-issued invitation
- Have the email address or WhatsApp number that received the invite
- If the invite expired or was sent to the wrong contact, ask the manager to resend it
Steps
- Open the invitation message from your manager.
- Follow the link or prompt in the invitation.
- Sign in or create the account details requested by the app.
- Confirm the company information shown in the invite.
- Accept the invitation to join the company.
- Open the staff home area and check your assigned work.

What Happens Next
- You join the company through the invitation flow
- The shared home area becomes available to you
- Your main day-to-day tabs are Orders and Bids
If This Doesn't Work
- Make sure you opened the same email address or phone number that received the invite
- Ask the manager to resend the invitation if it expired
- If the invite points to the wrong company, do not continue and ask the manager to send a new one
- If the app will not accept the invite, try again after signing out and back in
Contact Support When
- You never received the invitation
- The invitation link is broken
- The company name in the invite is wrong
