Did Not Receive OTP
Use this page when the app sends you to an OTP screen but you do not get the code.
Who this is for
- Users who are logging in or signing up
- Users who are waiting for an email or phone verification code
- Users who were redirected to the 4-digit OTP screen
Before you start
- Confirm whether the code should arrive by email or phone
- Check the email address or phone number on the screen
- Wait for the resend timer before tapping

Steps
- Make sure you are on the correct verification screen for the account you used.
- Enter the latest code if you already received one.
- If the code does not arrive, wait until
Send againbecomes available. - Tap
Send againand retry the verification flow. - If the screen still stalls, back out and restart the sign-in or sign-up step.

What happens next
- A correct code returns you to the login or sign-up continuation
- A resend should restart the OTP timer and send a new code
- If the code is valid, the app moves into the next verification or onboarding step
Contact support when
- Codes never arrive after several retries
- The app keeps showing an old code or the wrong destination
- OTP works once but the flow does not continue
- You cannot confirm whether the code should go to email or phone
