Did Not Receive OTP

Use this page when the app sends you to an OTP screen but you do not get the code.

Who this is for

  • Users who are logging in or signing up
  • Users who are waiting for an email or phone verification code
  • Users who were redirected to the 4-digit OTP screen

Before you start

  • Confirm whether the code should arrive by email or phone
  • Check the email address or phone number on the screen
  • Wait for the resend timer before tapping Send again

Steps

  1. Make sure you are on the correct verification screen for the account you used.
  2. Enter the latest code if you already received one.
  3. If the code does not arrive, wait until Send again becomes available.
  4. Tap Send again and retry the verification flow.
  5. If the screen still stalls, back out and restart the sign-in or sign-up step.

What happens next

  • A correct code returns you to the login or sign-up continuation
  • A resend should restart the OTP timer and send a new code
  • If the code is valid, the app moves into the next verification or onboarding step

Contact support when

  • Codes never arrive after several retries
  • The app keeps showing an old code or the wrong destination
  • OTP works once but the flow does not continue
  • You cannot confirm whether the code should go to email or phone
