Invite or Referral Link Does Not Work ​

Use this page when a referral code or invited referral flow does not open correctly.

Who this is for ​

  • Users who were invited by another user
  • Users who entered a referral code but did not get the invited flow
  • Users who opened the app from an invite path and hit an error

Before you start ​

  • Have the exact referral code or invite details ready
  • Start from I got a code if you were invited
  • If you do not have a code, use the normal sign-up path instead

Steps ​

  1. Enter the referral code exactly as it was shared.
  2. Tap Continue and wait for the validation result.
  3. If the code is valid, open the invited referral home screen.
  4. If the app says the referrer was not found, check whether the code is valid or expired.
  5. If the invite path still does not work, restart from the sign-up flow and try again.

What happens next ​

  • A valid code opens the invited referral home flow
  • The invited flow continues from the validation result the app returns
  • Invalid or missing referral data sends you back to the normal entry path

Contact support when ​

  • A valid code is rejected
  • The invited referral home screen does not open
  • You were told to use a code but never received one
  • The app says the referrer details were not found after you entered a correct code
