Before you start
- Have the mobile app open on
Get Started - Make sure you can receive email, SMS, or phone verification codes
- If you have a referral code, decide whether you need to enter it first
Steps
- Tap
Exploreif you want to browse the app before creating an account. - Tap
Sign Upif you want to create a new account. - Tap
I got a codeif you were invited and need to enter a referral code. - Tap
Log inif you already have an account. - Use email first when you create or access an account.
- Complete the OTP step when the app sends you to verification.

What happens next
Sign Upopens the role selection pathLog inopens the email login screen- If the app needs confirmation, it sends you to a 4-digit OTP screen
- Verified users return to their account or continue onboarding
If this doesn't work
- If the keyboard or field focus looks stuck, back out and re-open the screen
- If you do not receive a code, check that the email or phone number is correct
- If login fails after OTP, try again from the same email address you used before
Contact support when
- You cannot create an account with a valid email address
- OTP messages do not arrive after retrying
- The app says your account was not found even though you already have one
