Complete Your Profile

Use this page after account creation or verification when the app asks you to finish onboarding.

Who this is for

  • Service providers who need to finish profile setup
  • Managers who need to complete company setup
  • Users who reached the account setup screen and want to know what the remaining items mean

Before you start

  • Be signed in to the account you want to complete
  • Have your address, profile details, and payment information ready
  • If you manage a company, have the business details and staff information available

Steps

  1. Open the onboarding screen.
  2. Complete the first required action shown at the top of the list.
  3. Add your address if the app asks for it.
  4. Set your availability.
  5. Add services and pricing.
  6. Add payment methods and hourly rate if those items appear.
  7. Fill in company details such as company name, contact details, and about information when requested.
  8. Add staff when the staff step appears.
  9. Continue until the list shows no remaining actions.

What happens next

  • The app shows one required action at a time
  • Completed items drop off the list
  • When the list is empty, onboarding is complete
  • Managers and providers may see different items depending on their role

If this doesn't work

  • If a step does not open, return to the onboarding list and try the first remaining item again
  • If payment or company data does not save, re-open the relevant setup screen
  • If you do not see the step you expected, your role may not match that onboarding path

Contact support when

  • The onboarding list is empty but your account still looks incomplete
  • A required step keeps returning an error
  • You cannot save company details, payment details, or staff information
