Use an Invite or Referral Code ​

Use this page if someone shared a referral code with you or you opened the app from an invited referral path.

Who this is for ​

  • New users who were invited by another user
  • People who need to enter a referral code before sign-up continues
  • Users who want to understand the invited referral home screen

Before you start ​

  • Have the referral code ready
  • Start from I got a code on the Get Started screen
  • Make sure the code is meant for Profibook

Steps ​

  1. Tap I got a code from Get Started.
  2. Enter the referral code on the referral screen.
  3. Tap Continue.
  4. If the code is valid, open the invited referral home screen.
  5. Read the invited referral information and move through the invited flow.

What happens next ​

  • The app validates the code before it moves forward
  • A valid code opens the invited referral home view
  • The invited flow then continues into the matching sign-up path

If this doesn't work ​

  • If the code is rejected, re-enter it exactly as shared
  • If the app says referrer details were not found, the code may be invalid or expired
  • If you do not have a code, use the normal Sign Up path instead

Contact support when ​

  • A valid code is not accepted
  • The invited referral home screen does not open after validation
  • You were told to use a referral code but were never given one
