Use this page when the app asks you to confirm your email, phone number, or identity.

- New users who need OTP verification
- Returning users who need to confirm a sign-in
- Users who need KYC verification through Veriff
Before you start
- Make sure you can access the email address or phone number on your account
- Have your verification code ready if the app already sent one
- Be ready to allow camera and microphone permissions if you start KYC
Steps
- Enter the 4-digit OTP on the verification screen.
- Tap
Continue. - If the app needs identity verification, start the Veriff flow.
- Allow the requested device permissions when prompted.
- Follow the on-screen instructions until the verification completes.

What happens next
- A correct OTP returns you to login or sign-up continuation
- KYC opens the Veriff verification flow
- If you choose
Do it later, the app keeps moving through onboarding
If this doesn't work
- If the code is wrong, enter the latest code sent to you
- If resend is disabled, wait for the timer to finish
- If the camera or microphone is blocked, allow the permission and try again
- If Veriff stops, restart the verification from the onboarding step
Contact support when
- OTP messages keep failing
- Your account stays blocked after a correct code
- Veriff cannot start even after permissions are allowed
- Verification succeeds in the app but your account still looks incomplete
