Choose Your Role ​

Use this page to understand the role choices shown after you start sign-up in the mobile app.

Who this is for ​

  • People signing up for the first time
  • Users who need to choose whether they order services, provide services, or manage profiles and service companies
  • Users who want to know why the app asks them to pick a role before onboarding continues

Before you start ​

  • Open the Sign Up path from Get Started
  • Be ready to choose the role that matches how you will use Profibook
  • If you came from a referral code, finish that step first

Steps ​

  1. On the role screen, choose one of the live paths:
    • Order service
    • Provide service
    • Manage profiles / service companies
  2. Read and accept the terms screens that follow.
  3. Continue into the matching sign-up flow for your role.
  4. If you are signing up as a client, use the client ordering flow after the terms pages.

What happens next ​

  • The app sends you to the terms and conditions pages
  • Your role choice sets the rest of the onboarding path
  • If you chose Order service, continue with Private Clients
  • If you chose Provide service, continue with Independent Professionals
  • If you chose Manage profiles / service companies, continue with Service Companies
  • Staff usually join later through a company invitation, so they should also start from Service Companies

If this doesn't work ​

  • If the wrong role is highlighted, go back and choose again
  • If the app returns you to the previous screen, reopen Sign Up
  • If the terms page does not continue, confirm that you selected a role first

Contact support when ​

  • The role you need is not shown
  • The app sends you into the wrong onboarding path
  • You cannot move past the terms pages after choosing a role
